Be easy. Take your time. You are coming home to yourself.

A little about me

I’m Rebekah.

I come from a lineage of poets, artists, and teachers, and I find resonance of all three in my own life and work. I also come from generational trauma, secrets, and pain. I know from personal experience what it is like to want and seek healing, and the courage & commitment that it requires. This has richly informed my therapeutic work, and I consider it a deep privilege to be with people in their own process.

You can regularly find me at my art canvas, cooking in my kitchen, and collecting rocks by the beautiful and wild Salish Sea. I find this work invites me to a deeper wonder and tenderness for the world and the people within it.

In our work together, we will explore the stories and relationships that have helped form you and address the places in your current life where you feel stuck or overwhelmed. You may have specific things you hope to work through, or you may have a general sense that all isn’t well. We will spend time learning to understand you and your experience, and walk together into a deeper knowing and compassion for yourself. I look forward to connecting with you.

  • Individual Therapy

I work with adults ages 17+, in-person in my Seattle office, and online.

Scheduling: Sessions are held at a weekly rhythm, either once a week or bi-weekly. We can discuss what works best for you in our initial consult. Your session spot will be consistent for each scheduled session.

Fees: My full fee is $150/session. I offer limited sliding scale spots to those in financial need, revisited on a quarterly basis. I also offer a discount to counseling graduate students. For those on my full fee, I offer a payment plan of weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. If finances are a concern, I welcome conversation in our initial consult.

Insurance: I am in network with Aetna, as well as WA state medicare. For all other insurances, I am out of network and require payment out of pocket, but I can offer a monthly superbill that you will submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement. This depends on your out-of-network benefits.

  • Group Work

I facilitate groups & intensives around the topics of religious trauma, life transitions, and grief. For more information about participating in a group, or to inquire about me facilitating your group or intensive, visit my groups page. I love groups and find them be a unique way of healing and learning.
